Enrollment Policies and Waiver

Rules Terms and Conditions

Session Tuition

  • Once enrolled, clients are financially responsible for the full-session tuition amount for each class.
  • You will be billed in equal installments, auto-billed to a credit card on file the 1st of each month.

Annual Membership Fee

  • All families are billed an annual membership fee. The fee is $48/child or $84/family.  This fee does not include class tuition.
  • Membership Fee is billed annually in your “anniversary” month.

Continuous Enrollment

  • Class membership is considered ongoing. This means you don’t have to re-enroll each session.
  • You will stay enrolled from session-to-session unless you submit a written drop notice prior to the end of the session.

Drop Procedure

  • Members are responsible for paying the full class tuition amount regardless of whether classes are attended. However, we understand that situations arise. If you wish to discontinue classes prior to the end of a session you have two options:
    • The remainder of your session tuition will be billed, and the amount will remain on your gym account as a credit to use toward future transactions.
    • Or, you can choose to pay a $50 drop fee per remaining installment(s) owed.  This amount is not available as a credit on your account.

Makeup Policy/Inclement Weather

  • Makeup – If your athlete misses one of their regular classes, you can schedule a makeup class! Makeups are not guaranteed, as they are based on class availability.  Please limit makeup classes to 2 per session, and complete your makeup class prior to the end of that session. We do not offer makeups for team level athletes.
  • Inclement weather-we will post closures and notifications on our website and our Facebook page. Please check these avenues prior to calling the gym. We do not post closures on our voicemail message. Most morning closures will be announced no later than 8AM.

What to Wear

  • Boys or girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR leotards for girls and bare feet. Midriff must be covered. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and secured away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Personal items should be left in cubbies. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

Arrival and Pickup

  • Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time (no earlier please).
  • Please pick up your student on time or inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and escort them from the building to your car.
  • During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.

Siblings

  • You are responsible for watching siblings of children that are in class. We ask that you PLEASE do not allow your children to play outside the gym unattended. Unattended children will be brought back inside to sit with their parents. Also, please make sure that your children are not playing in front of the door, the front desk or in the pro shop area.

Billing Authorization

I understand that Timberline Gymnastics runs on a session billing cycle (8- or 12-week sessions) and that my tuition will be prorated depending on which week my child begins classes. I understand that I will be required to pay for my child’s full session dues auto-billed to a credit card on file on the first business day of each month.  Full-session tuition is divided into equal monthly installments.

I also understand that, as a current client, I will be offered a priority registration period to register my child(ren) for the next session. If I am on autopay with a credit card and I choose NOT to sign up for the next session, I understand that my student(s) is automatically re-enrolled each session, and that I MUST provide written notice to the front desk BY THE PRIORITY REGISTRATION DEADLINE in order to discontinue billing on my credit card. If I do not provide such notice, my credit card will be billed for another installment of classes.

I understand that if my check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, I will be charged a $20 returned check fee and my child will not be permitted to participate in class until the tuition and fees are paid in full. Furthermore, I may be required to make any future payments in cash or with a credit card on file.

I understand that if my credit card on file is declined, I will have up to 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or I will be charged a $20 late fee.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION (please read this section carefully!) By entering my credit card number during the registration process  or by updating my account and entering my credit card number in the payment screen, I understand that I am authorizing Timberline Gymnastics to use this card for the automatic billing of tuition and yearly registration fees. Furthermore, if my child is enrolled in the team program, I also authorize the use of this card for the automatic billing of team related fees and expenses. If I do not wish to have my fees auto billed, I will submit an alternate form of payment to the front desk staff prior to billing deadlines.
